Attorneys: Please note that your password will be mailed to you at your last registered address. If your address has changed since your last attorney registration, you must notify the Statewide Grievance Committee of your new address, by non-electronic means, before you can enroll.

To notify the Statewide Grievance Committee of your current address, please download and complete form JD-GC10 available at GC010.pdf.

To check your address currently registered with the Statewide Grievance Committee, please go to Attorney/Firm Inquiry and enter your last name or juris number. If your address is incorrect, or your name or address does not appear, you must complete and mail form JD-GC10 to the Statewide Grievance Committee before you can enroll. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but it is for security purposes.

Please also note this enrollment does not constitute compliance with the Attorney Registration requirement. Attorneys enrolling for the purpose of complying with the registration requirement electronically must complete the separate registration process upon receipt of their password.
